Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of one of the eligible countries.
- Unmarried applicants must agree to remain unmarried during the program.
- Must submit a recommendation letter from the government confirming commitment to return and serve.
- Must be physically and mentally fit (medical certificate required).
- Not serving in the military or scheduled for military service during the study.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a government/public sector role.
