Participants will spend six weeks at a U.S. university, engaging in professional development, technology training, and cultural exchange activities.

Eligibility Criteria for Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement 2025

  • Must be a secondary-level teacher of English, math, science, or special education.
  • Must teach at institutions serving primarily a local population.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • You must have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
  • Be a citizen and resident of one of the participating countries at the time of application.
  • Demonstrate oral and written English proficiency.
  • Commit to continuing their teaching career after program completion.
  • Submit a complete application before the deadline.

Selection Criteria

Candidates are selected for Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement 2025 through an open competition process based on the following:

  • Limited prior participation in Fulbright programs or extended professional experience abroad.
