Admission Guidelines & How to Apply

1: Register for Admission

• Pay a non-refundable admission fee of USD 100
• Upload the payment receipt via the UI admission portal
• Merge the UI GREAT Letter of Statement and Recommendation Letter from the Indonesian Embassy into one PDF file (max. 3MB)

2: Meet Language Proficiency Requirements

• Must fulfill English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency requirements based on the selected study program
• If the Bahasa Indonesia requirement is not met, applicants must attend a one-year language preparation class at UI
• If applicants fail to pass BIPA Level 2 after the one-year preparation class, they must repay the scholarship amount received
