This fully funded Gulu University TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship 2025-26 aims to support young African students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who are passionate about agriculture, agribusiness, and rural development.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Master Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a national of Uganda or East African countries (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan)
• Be economically disadvantaged or from marginalized communities
• Be below 30 years (for undergraduate) and below 35 years (for master’s)
• Have completed high school or diploma studies within the last 2 years (for refugees, within 4 years)
• Meet the admission criteria for their respective program at Gulu University
• Demonstrate leadership skills & commitment to community transformation
• Have a strong passion for agriculture, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship
• Female applicants, refugees, and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply
